    1. Where are you located? Pasadena, Calif.!
    2. Where do you deliver? We currently offer delivery throughout the Los Angeles area. To see if you are eligible for local delivery, please enter your zip code at checkout or you can send us an email at hello@daughterla.com.
    3. Is same-day delivery available? Unfortunately, same day delivery is not available at this time. We hope to be able to offer this service in the near future.
    4. I need my blooms by a specific time. Is this possible? We will do our best to accommodate as many special requests as possible. Please contact us before submitting your order to make sure we can accomodate.
    5. What is your delivery process? Deliveries take place within LA every Tuesday and Thursday between 11am - 3pm. Someone from our team will notify you when we are en route to your delivery and again when your delivery is complete. They will also reach out if we run into any issues. It is always best to give the recipient a heads up that something special is headed their way.
    6. What if the recipient is not home? Someone from our team will reach out to the recipient to confirm it is safe to leave their blooms.If the recipient cannot be reached, we will reach out to you to confirm. Once we have confirmed it is safe, we will pick a secure, shaded spot for the blooms. A photo will be texted to both parties to show their location. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our blooms we will not leave them outside in the hotter months. Redelivery will need to be scheduled and a $20 fee will need to be collected.
    7. Oops! I provided the wrong delivery address. What do I do now? Shoot us an email with all the correct information ASAP. If our driver has already attempted delivery at the incorrect address, a redelivery fee of $20 will need to be collected in order to deliver to the correct address.
    8. Can I place a custom order? Yes! We love working with clients on custom orders. Please note that a 20% service will be collected in order to source your custom ingredients.
    9. How do I keep my blooms fresh? Your blooms are perishable! Please keep them in a cool spot within your home/office/studio and provide them with fresh, cool water ever 1-2 days. Remove stems as they expire.
    10. What if I am unhappy with my order? We take great pride in the arrangements we create and the products that we offer. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@daughterla.com and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
